• Why is the currency changed to CAD on the checkout screen?
We ship to a lot of places around the world, but we currently only accept Canadian Dollars as a mean of payment.
But no worries! You will pay the equivalent amount in the currency of your country, and the convertion is automated! And with most major financial institutions, there are no (or very little) fees for doing so.
• I cannot track my order.
We offer multiple shipping options to accomodate the needs of our customers, but some shipping options are not trackable. Our economic delivery methods that do not include tracking will be identified with "no tracking" during the checkout process. We are not responsible for packages lost or seized, as per our Terms & Conditions.
• Do you carry replacement parts for my product?
While we love the many brands we carry, we cannot stock all the many replacement parts for each models since there are a lot. We do, however, get the parts that are most commonly lost or damaged from our suppliers if they are made available to us.
The replacement parts we have on hand are listed under the corresponding brand tab, and are available for a minimal amout or for free. E.x.: Spare glasses for the Isolation Tank RTA are under the "Deathwish Modz" section.
• My product arrived with a defect.
Rest assured that all products we ship are covered for D.O.A and defects prior to use. You can read the details in our Terms & Conditions section, but you only need to contact us to get the process going.
• I want to purchase wholesale from you.
While we do not have a wholesale program going, you'll be pleased to hear that you will be able to find most of the items we sell via LKVape Wholesale. You can apply for an account right here : https://lkvape.ca/distribution/
• I'm interested by an endorsement / I have a business proposition.
Right now, we do not have an endorsement or sponsorship program set up, and we turn down all requests for sponsorship.
• When will you receive more stock of X product?
With the current state of the vaping products, a vast majority of our products are bought only one time since newer models are released on a weekly basis. However, some of our best sellers are subject to a restock, and you can subscribe to our newsletter to keep up with the news.
